AUTHORIZATION: I, The undersigned, am the authorized agent/owner acting on behalf of the owner and have permission from the owner to enter into this agreement. I understand that extending credit on my behalf constitutes a lien against this vessel for charges which is all inclusive of materials, labor, and taxes. I  authorize said boat to be towed to any given body of water and test driven, having authorized this I also understand that Inland Marine of Idaho is not liable for any damages during the towing and test driving of said boat. I understand that all boats are stored on location while under surveillance unless being worked on. I understand that the regular shop labor rate is $150 /hour and after hours/offsite labor is billed at $180/hour. All fees are due upon receipt of invoice. All invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice will be charged  10% interest per month on the unpaid balance until paid in full. I hereby authorize the above work to be done along with the necessary materials, and hereby grant permission to complete the work described below. In addition, I further agree to pay Inland Marine of Idaho any additional parts and labor cost beyond the estimate upon completion of the service work order. Owner also agrees to pay all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, incurred by marina to collect any sums owed by owner and to enforce any part of this agreement, I further understand that all work orders authorizations, contracts, and written agreements fall under the terms of this document.
